B. HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS
a. ANTI-TUBERCULOSIS TREATMENT PROGRAM
b. VACCINATION PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN

C. PLANNED SURGICAL CENTER FOR THE TOWN OF PANDAN
The center will provide free surgery services to the indigents of Pandan and nearby communities. It will also serve as a permanent venue of surgical /medical missions to be conducted on an on-going basis.
D. SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Scholarship grant in the form of subsidy of tuition fees and textbooks shall be awarded yearly to deserving students in Pandan.
E. YOUTH PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES GEARED TOWARDS YOUTH EMPOWERMENT
a. Say no to drugs campaign by providing pamphlets,
videos, and other visual aid.
b. Sports activities that will keep the youth busy.
c. Pandan Bay Youth Band aims to encourage the youth to learn to play
a musical instrument.
d. Youth Summer Festival

* Boat rowing contest * Swimming Contest * Chess tournament
F. CULTURAL PRESERVATION
a. To organize a dramatic club and build a PAF theater.
b. Book Publication to preserve the native dialect of Pandan.
G. SUPPORT PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS FOR ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY
To develop Home Cottage Industries and Livelihood Projects in order to create employment in Pandan so people will become self-reliant and could contribute to the economic well being of the community.
